Preparation for Hot Stone Therapy:
1. Follow Manufacturers instructions on heating the stones prior to a treatment(most heaters take 3045 minutes to reach desired temperature)
2. The stones should be within the temperature range of 120-140 degrees Fahrenheit (47-~50 degrees centigrade)

Contra-indications and Cautions:
