This selection of hops is based on the newer west coast style which builds beers full of tropical fruit and citrus flavors and a very memorable hoppy kick. The lush Simcoe gives bold citrus and fruit flavor, while the Amarillo has a much stronger fruity punch to it. Citra has strong citrus and passion fruit flavors and Caliente has a nice stone fruit flavor and lemon zest finish. Together these hops can produce some amazing ales!!!
